As a Bartender at the Diamond Room, you’ll prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serve guests at the bar, and fulfill drink orders from servers.

Daily tasks include mixing drinks according to established recipes, maintaining a fully stocked bar, collecting payment and making correct change, and keeping an accurate sales and inventory record.

Bartenders must always check identification for alcohol service and maintain strict compliance with all beverage policies, ensuring a safe and responsible environment.

You will interact with a diverse array of guests and work closely with both front and back of house teams for a smooth operation during busy shifts and special events.

During peak hours, the bar can become hectic and noisy, demanding constant focus, brisk movement, and an ability to handle stressful situations smoothly.

Physical demands are significant: standing, walking, bending, and sometimes lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift is the norm here.
